Many travel tech teams are active on LinkedIn.

They post.
They experiment.
They try to stay visible.
They message people from time to time.
They update the profile now and then.

But the results still feel uneven.

That usually happens for one reason:

LinkedIn is being used as a set of disconnected actions instead of a practical GTM workflow.

That was the focus of my latest solo AI Tourism Talks episode.

What the episode breaks down

1. Positioning before more posting

More content does not fix an unclear offer.

If buyers do not understand who you help, what changes for them, and why it matters, more activity just creates more noise.

2. The profile should support the offer

For B2B travel tech, the profile should behave more like a landing page.

It should help buyers understand:
➝ what you do
➝ who it is for
➝ why it matters
➝ where to go next

That includes the banner, headline, About section, and Featured section.

3. Content should support sales conversations

Good LinkedIn content is not just for reach.

It helps:
➝ create context before outreach
➝ build trust over time
➝ make warm conversations easier
➝ keep the offer visible in a practical way

4. Follow-up is where momentum is won or lost

Many teams lose momentum after the first interaction.

Not because the opportunity is bad.
Because there is no simple rhythm for staying in touch.

That is a system problem, not a talent problem.

5. Weekly execution makes LinkedIn repeatable

The goal is not more activity.

The goal is a clearer rhythm that ties content, outreach, follow-up, and next steps together.

Why this matters

Travel tech teams need practical GTM systems.

Not more disconnected tactics.
Not more random posting.
Not more noise.

That is what the replay is about.

Next step if your team wants implementation help

If your travel tech team wants help implementing this as a working LinkedIn GTM system, I’m opening 2 founding workshop slots in April.

One travel tech team will also get a free 45-minute LinkedIn GTM teardown based on the framework from this episode.

If you want to be considered, DM me GTM.
